A classic Eastern Beauty for its beautiful colour and great hardness, Jadeite or "Fei Cui" (in Chinese) is a pyroxene mineral belonging to the Jade group of minerals which is hard, unlike Nephrite, which is another type of Jade which is soft jade. Jadeite is formed in metamorphic rocks under high pressure and relatively low temperature conditions. It has a hardness of about 6.5 to 7.0 depending on its composition.
This is a beautiful 100% natural green Jadeite Pendant without any treatment. Thus, it is rated as Grade A Jadeite. Designed as a carved jadeite seal, this jadeite seal pendant has a rich green colour. It is certified by renowned Guangzhou Mineral Resources Supervision and Testing Center of the Ministry of Land and Resources of the P.R.C.
