Mosasaurs were extinct large marine reptiles which were the dominant marine predators during the last 20 million years of the Cretaceous period. They became extinct as a result of the K-Pg event at the end of the Cretaceous period, extinct together with dinosaurs, about 66 million years ago.
This Mosasaur Fossil Tooth Jaw bone Matrix specimen is natural and original and as found. It was found in Morocco and dated from the Cretaceous period between 66 to 70 millions years ago.
