This is a beautiful 100% natural Jadeite Pendant which has 2 colors, Light green beetle, beautifully contrast with the Ruyi carved on the yellowish orange portion background leaf, without any treatment. Thus, it is rated as Grade A Jadeite and appraised with certificate. Certificate will be provided together with the pendant.

A classic Eastern Beauty for its beautiful colour and great hardness, Jadeite or "Fei Cui" (in Chinese) is a pyroxene mineral belonging to the Jade group of minerals which is hard, unlike Nephrite, which is another type of Jade which is soft jade. Jadeite is formed in metamorphic rocks under high pressure and relatively low temperature conditions. It has a hardness of about 6.5 to 7.0 depending on its composition.
